How do I link my physical QR SnapCode to my account?

Although the QR Code you download and print from the Payment methods tab is automatically linked, the physical QR Codes purchased on our online store need to be linked to your account manually.

This can be done on the Payment methods tab by selecting the Link physical QR Code option and entering your phone number and the QR Code ID (the letters and numbers in the bottom right corner of the QRCode)

This will link the code to your merchant account. You can still use both codes, as they are both linked to the bank details you registered with initially.
