I have a problem with my phone: memory full, no data or broken camera

Even though SnapScan uses very little data to complete a transaction (roughly the same as you would use to send a WhatsApp message), you need to have internet access and a functioning camera phone to use the app. Without these, your phone will not be able to read the business’ QR, nor will it be able to process the payment. 


Please contact your cellphone’s service provider to resolve any phone-related problems.
